Looks pretty good. Definitely worthy of a trial period.

Some things I'd like to know more of:

-Do you know why you're gemming haste vs attack power? Do you know under what circumstances gemming attack power would be better?

-Get some boots/chest enchant

-From personal experience, mana should never be an issue (particularly in 25m raids). I would drop some of your mana conservation/generation talents (improved stormstrike 2/2 and most definitely Elemental Focus) for 3/3 Call of Flame and 2/2 Improved Fire Nova.

Here is the max DPS simulated talent specc for 25 man raids:
http://www.wowarmory.com/talent-calc.xm ... 0000000000

I can see replacing the 1 point in reverberation into improved storm strike if you run 5mans (which you should).

Also, do you know what ShockAndAwe is?

Also, are you the Kenpachi that once played horde-side in vanilla wow?

I am not sure as to why go for haste, i have just been told this by many people, but my guess is better chance for maelstrom to stack up faster to get the instant cast, and no i have been alliance all of my wow career, my druid is who i played most and hes been around forever, his legendary name is Bras

An enhancement shaman is SEVERELY global cooldown starved. Combining that with the fact that white hits are the highest DPS output of an enhancement shaman it makes haste such a valuable stat.

Once you've reached (spell) hit and the expertise cap it is THE stat to gem for for single-target dps. There's also the case that many enhancement shamans try to prove that "There are few occurrances of single-target dps." This is why they say that gemming for attack power is the best. The more attack power you have, the more spell power you have due to your mental quickness talent. Haste doesn't affect your spells, such as (the cooldown on) chain lightning or Fire Nova Totem.

Personally, an enhancement shaman should do high single-target DPS. I gem haste.

You didn't answer if you knew what shock and awe was, so I will tell you that it is the best enhancement shaman raid-addon that you will ever find. It's an ability priority queue so it will always show you the best ability to use to maximize your dps. Provided you put the right order-of-priority into the addon from the EJ website.

That's really all you need to be an excellent enhancement shaman. One thing that is really on the officers' minds (and one of the biggest concerns) is that your past history has been rather flaky. You've mentioned a few times in your application about getting "burnt out." One of the things that a good officer squad tries not to do is take on players who get burnt out easily. This wastes a lot of gear that could have gone to someone who doesn't quit so easily.

What we really need to know is, how likely is it that you will be able to raid with Sigil for the long-run?

Well in the past 5 years i have really only got burnt out twice, and it was mainly cause i didn't have a good place to raid, it felt as if i was being left behind or i was just a # in the raid roll call, but i know for sure now that i'm not gonna quit for a long time again, although when i quit and took a break i did it reluctantly so, and i have always heard nothing but good from people about sigil, you guys and gals just always have been full on everything i play =P, anyways i can def say i'm in it for the long haul to become the best i can at helping a raid anyway i can.

A couple of things: we would expect you to figure out your theorycrafting fairly quickly, if we were to recruit you. This goes for gemming, rotation, spec, and addons. Elitist Jerks has all of your answers. Also, you will be at a large disadvantage since you are mainly in 232s and our members average ~251s. So you will have to work twice as hard as our other members to simply keep up. As for the burning out, we like to invest time into members who will be worth our while in the long-run. It is inevitable that you will have some sort of conflict or grievance in any guild you are in, but I can safely say Sigil is by far the most well organized and fair guild I have ever participated in. So, if we were to recruit you, please take the time to truly think whether you plan on raiding full-time in the long run while being able to manage any in-game/guild/irl issues you may find.

Thank you for your application and answering our questions. We would encourage you to speak with any of the following officers in-game regarding recruitment:

Officers: Elidion, Jandrine, Therealcapn, Threalwasabi, Nycteus
Guild Master: Sanno

Thank you for your interest in Sigil!

:D
